At JustAnother we offer a number of shipping options for your convenience:
- Free UK Delivery - We offer free delivery on all orders to the UK mainland regardless of size and value shipped via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. You will be notified as soon as the goods are dispatched and should expect them within 2-3 working days. However the Royal Mail does not guarantee the delivery time with this service so if your order is urgent please use the guaranteed service. Please email us at 'firstname.lastname@example.org' for your tracking details if you package has not arrived within 5 working days.
- Guaranteed Next Working Day UK - Sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and guaranteed by 1pm the next working day. All Special Delivery orders need to be received by 1pm. All weekend orders are posted the following Monday.
- Guaranteed Saturday Delivery UK - Sent via Royal Mail Special delivery and guaranteed by 1pm on a Saturday. All Special Delivery orders need to be received by 1pm.
- EU Delivery - Sent via Royal Mail International Signed For. Delivery times rely on your domestic service.
- Worldwide Delivery (outside EU) - Sent via Royal Mail International Signed For. Delivery times rely on your domestic service. PLEASE NOTE: For deliveries outside of the EU all domestic taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot mark the package as 'gift' or put a zero value on the custom's declaration so please do not ask.
Lost Packages - Royal Mail will not accept a package as officially lost until 28 working days after it was sent so we cannot refund missing deliveries until then.
If for whatever reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order then please send the goods back to the address below within 14 days of purchase along with your original order number and processing request (refund / echange etc). Please ensure all goods are returned unworn in their original condition or we will be unable to refund or exchange your order. We strongly recommend you use Recorded Delivery because we cannot be held responsible for goods which have not arrived. PLEASE NOTE: If you return goods for a refund because you have changed your mind we do not refund the original shipping cost if applicable.
