If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your order then please fill out the contact form with the order number and post the goods back to the address below within 14 days of purchase and we will offer you a full refund (although NOT including the original postage if there was any).  Please ensure all goods returned are done so with their original swing tickets and in their original condition.  WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU USE RECORDED DELIVERY BECAUSE WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR GOODS WHICH HAVEN'T ARRIVED BACK.  JustAnother reserves the right to refuse refunds on any goods it deems not re-saleable in their original condition.  PLEASE PUT YOUR ORIGINAL ORDER NUMBER IN WITH ALL RETURNS OR WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO LOCATE YOUR PARTICULAR PURCHASE.
